5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are not provided. Customers can exchange for another product of equal or higher value.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • A product opening video is required for any claims related to damage or defects.
